Ron Kirby is a second-generation real estate broker and auctioneer with extensive experience in real estate marketing, auctions, land, farms, lifestyle properties, and estate services. Combining his family-business roots with more than a decade of national corporate auction experience, Ron brings a strategic, knowledgeable, and results-driven approach to every transaction.
As owner, partner, and Principal Broker of United Country | Heartland Realty & Auction, LLC, Ron serves clients throughout south-central Kentucky through offices in Bowling Green, Franklin, Brownsville, and Campbellsville. The company specializes in country and luxury homes, land, farms, hunting and recreational properties, timberland, commercial real estate, and estate services, offering both auction and traditional real estate marketing strategies.
Ron works with attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, executors, administrators, banks, property trusts, families, and individual property owners to navigate complex real estate decisions. His experience includes estate property sales, family relocation needs, land acquisitions, transitional land, and 1031 exchange-related real estate services. He understands that every property and client situation is unique, and he develops a tailored strategy based on each client's objectives, timeline, and circumstances.
