This property is South of Wells about 30 miles. Navigation will take you on a road that comes to the property from the East, but there is a decent road on the North of the property that heads East from Highway 93. Travel South from the East Wells Exit 19 miles. There is a well-groomed road that heads East. This road is good enough for any vehicle. Follow that road 4.9 miles and you will see a road that heads South. This road looks like little more than a game trail and is overgrown, but I tied some tape on a couple of bushes on the South side of the road to show you where the road is located. You can travel this road with a high clearance vehicle or an ATV. The property is about 1 mile south of the main road. The nearest structure is about 1.5 miles North East, where there is a 10-acre parcel that is settled. The vegetation on this property is prairie grass, sagebrush, and some cactus. There is also some pickleweed. I saw rabbit, ground squirrel, and lizards.The parcel is flat so it would be easy to clear and to build.
