Jeff Lipple

Jeff Lipple is a full-time real estate investor and licensed
agent specializing in the acquisition and sale of hotels, motels, resorts,
lakefront and recreational properties across Michigan. With a career rooted in
business and finance, Jeff helps clients maximize the value of their real
estate—whether they’re selling a commercial property, recreational land, or
their personal home.
Jeff’s passion for investing began early. He made his first
investment in 1998 and purchased his first rental property in 2013. Since then,
he has been involved in dozens of residential flips, rental properties, and
commercial ventures. In 2016, he partnered with his brother Greg to acquire a
fishing charter business, and by 2018, Jeff transitioned full time into
commercial real estate—acquiring multiple hospitality properties, including his
first resort.
Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Jeff spent much of his
life hunting, fishing, and vacationing in northern Michigan. In 2020, he made
the move permanent, settling in the Les Cheneaux Islands area, located in
Michigan's Upper Peninsula with his wife Christine and their two dogs—a German
Shorthaired Pointer and a Rottweiler.
When he's not analyzing deals or helping clients as their
trusted agent, Jeff can be found managing wildlife habitat on his extensive
hunting land, enjoying the outdoors, or relaxing around a bonfire with family
and friends.
With decades of experience as both an investor and advisor,
Jeff brings a unique combination of financial insight and real-world real
