TERMS & CONDITIONS: Real Estate-A ten percent (10%) non-refundable deposit on sale day w/ balance due on or before Monday, November 30, 2026. Possession w/ delivery of deed, real estate taxes will be prorated at closing. A ten (10%) buyers premium will be added to the final bid price to establish the real estate sales and purchase contract selling price. There are no contingencies whatsoever, including financing, appraisals nor inspection. Real estate is selling "As Is" and we encourage your inspections and personal due diligence prior to bidding. Any home built prior to 1978 may contain lead based paint.
